FULLY BOOKED - How to be an Effective Employee Trustee / Director

Build the knowledge, skills, and behaviours you need to operate confidently and effectively within employee ownership governance.

Stepping into the role of Employee Trustee or Director is both a privilege and a responsibility. You’re not only part of your business’ governance structure but become a key employee ownership guardian for all colleagues.
