“It’s never easy selecting winners for the UK EO Awards and it’s only got harder year on year. My fellow judges and I really had our work cut out for us this time around, and there were some truly difficult decisions to make,” said James.
“But I’m absolutely thrilled the winners have all been revealed and presented with awards in recognition of their effective employee ownership practices, Great EO impacts, and their contributions to the sector
“You’ll be hearing plenty more from our winners in the months to come as we gear up for the next evolution of the awards. I personally can’t wait until next year as we evolve the awards to better reflect the depth and maturity of the sector.”
Cristín Craig, Senior Legal Manager & Partner at awards sponsor, Baxendale Employee Ownership, said: “I’ve loved being part of this year’s judging panel and it was a privilege to present 20/20 Project Management Training with the ‘Employee Owned Business of the Year’ award.
“It’s been particularly special for all of us at Baxendale Employee Ownership to sponsor the awards our business founded back in 2007 as the Philip Baxendale Award.
“And what a celebration it’s been! You could feel the excitement in the air and the impact of these inspiring businesses and individuals have had. I know they’ll all continue to inspire as their stories are shared by the eoa and across the sector in the months to come.”
