Meet Your Course Director

If you’re reading this, there’s a very good chance you’re already familiar with Helen Moreton. Not only will she be teaching this new course but has been leading the ‘Representing and Developing Employee Voice’ course since we launched it back in 2022.

But she’s also dedicated decades to employee ownership and works with some of the biggest businesses in the sector. 

She spent eighteen years at John Lewis Partnership in a variety of independent and strategic roles, and owns her own business, Boombox Consulting. 

As an experienced L&D professional, qualified Master Coach, and an NLP Practitioner, she works with a variety of EO businesses - including as Chair of the Co-owner Councils for Riverford Organic Farmers, Go Ape, and Yeo Valley. 

She also holds Independent Trustee positions at Lush, Architype, Parfetts, and Espace, as well as serving as Chair of the Trust Boards for Go Ape, Hockley Mint, and Turley.
