EO Day 2026: How Are You Owning It?

2026 sees the employee owned sector step into its most ambitious era to date. There’s no better way to help drive the shift than EO Day. 

Taking place on Friday 19 June, EO Day 2026 is set to be the biggest celebration of employee ownership to date. 

The campaign will rally EO businesses and sector supporters across the UK behind the eoa’s mission to propel EO into the mainstream. 

For nearly fifteen years, EO Day has provided the employee owned community an opportunity to come together to champion the impacts of EO on people, place, and the economy.

In 2026, EO Day is more closely aligned than ever with the UK Employee Ownership Awards, both sharing the theme of #OwningIt and proudly sponsored by eoa Trustee member Howden. Both are also anchored by our brand-new one-day conference, eoaLive!

The theme offers the spotlight to those who have roles in developing Great EO impacts, creating a ripple effect of benefits for employees, businesses, the economy and communities now and for future generations.
