For businesses selling to their employees, there are several professional services they may want to use – many of which they’ll need for a successful transition.

Additionally, many employee owned businesses engage the services of supporter member businesses as they evolve.

At the eoa we have a cohort of members who understand the needs of businesses transitioning  to employee ownership, and how to support you to best leverage an EO advantage.

Moreover, we have Supporter members who are invested in supporting the sector to grow, whether it’s linked to their values as a business or an interest of study, data, and research.

So, if you’re starting out on your EO journey, or evolving your EO approach, we have a range of members who can support your needs. This includes:

  • Legal, accounting, tax, pension and employee benefits products and services
  • Governance, strategy, and leadership services
  • Finance, funding, and share scheme management services
  • Engagement, communications, recruitment, people and professional development services
  • Academic and research partners – see our research pages

Like any businesses, our Supporter members are looking to make connections and win business. But like the rest of the EO community they’re happy to share insights, often on hand to answer questions in the eo Hub as well as at our events, as they want to see the EO sector growth and thrive.

We also have a small number of Specialist Advisers who, as a collective, have transitioned hundreds of EO businesses and have been pivotal in helping to raise awareness and influence the growth of employee ownership in the UK.
