“Winning Transition of the Year at the UK Employee Ownership Awards is a hugely significant milestone for Myerson and one we are incredibly proud of. For us, this recognition reflects the care, commitment and collective effort that went into our own transition to employee ownership, and it reinforces our belief that this model is the right long-term choice for the firm.

“We regularly support other businesses as they explore and transition into employee ownership, so to have our own journey recognised by the Employee Ownership Association, and described as a “textbook example”, was especially rewarding. It is reassuring to know that we have not only advised on this model in theory, but implemented it in practice in a way that truly reflects its values.”
