Throughout its 25 year history, the Employee Ownership Association has carried out original research into employee ownership - analysing the characteristics, performance and impact of the sector.
The Employee Ownership Association's research arm, Employee Ownership Insight, has charitable status and is governed by a separate board.
The directors of Employee Ownership Insight are its chairman, William Coupar, executive director of the independent Involvement and Participation Association, and Ann Tyler, who chairs the Employee Ownership Association's lobby group, is company secretary of the Employee Ownership Association and the organisation's former chief executive.
