Employee ownership manifesto

Called "Ownership Matters", the EOA manifesto highlights macro trends in the ownership of British business, acknowledges how much progress has been made with share schemes in public companies but shows how low the penetration is in the unquoted company sector. The manifesto calls for a more concerted effort to encourage employee ownership in the unquoted sector and recommends a range of measures, including a focus on employee trusts.
