Finance (No2) Act 2010

The Finance Bill published on 1 July 2010 received Royal Assent and became the Finance (No2) Act 2010 on 27 July 2010. This enacted changes to the rates of corporation tax and capital gains tax rate and other Budget provisions. A further Finance Bill is planned in autumn 2010 to complete the enactment of previously announced measures.
