Royal Mail to get employee ownership

The Coalition Government has committed to introducing some form of employee ownership in Royal Mail as it looks to modernise the postal service and raise private capital. A delegation from EOA was invited to brief BIS minister, Ed Davey MP [pictured], who reports to Business Secretary Vince Cable MP. The minister was accompanied by officials from The Shareholder Executive, which holds and manages the Government’s stake in Royal Mail.
