Leaders' programme returns to Oxford

A successful 3-day residential leadership programme for employee owned firms, piloted this summer, is to be repeated in 2011. The highly praised course, designed by Baxi Partnership, was hosted by the Oxford Centre for Mutual & Employee Owned Business, in which EOA is a partner along with our mutuals sector counterpart Mutuo. Designed for middle and senior managers, the programme runs from 7-9 June 2011. Programme participant Derek Muir, design director with Clansman Dynamics, is pictured receiving his certificate from Kellogg College president Jonathan Michie.
