Employee ownership has “shot up the political agenda and gained new prominence in the public conversation” according to a short guide to the Association’s work over the past year. EOA’s latest Review summarises how the Association has lobbied on behalf of the co-owned sector on issues like public service employee mutuals, and private sector transition to employee ownership.. The Review highlights the growing success of EOA’s special-interest networks for both HR/personnel professionals and for employee representatives, with more networks planned.
