The Employee Ownership Association welcomes membership applications from:
• Companies which are majority owned by their employees
• Co-owned companies where employees own a significant but minority stake in the business
• Companies not yet co-owned but which plan to introduce significant employee ownership
You’ll be joining a growing network of more than a hundred companies with whom you can share experience, benchmark practice, forge corporate relationships, meet potential clients, and gain valuable networking contacts.
Becoming a member of the Association is simple, cost effective and quick. We offer three ways to join the Association:
• Trustee membership entitles your company to nominate a representative to the Association’s governing body, and offers exclusive entitlement to certain premium services plus all services open to Partner members
• Partner membership offers involvement in governance, plus an impressive range of free services and opportunities to network with counterparts in other co-owned companies
• Affiliate membership – for companies without significant employee stakeholding but who plan to widen employee ownership in time
